To guarantee a secure delivery, Provide a company name when shipping to a business address. It is essential to select a secure delivery address to prevent any interception of your parcel. Once the goods are delivered to the address specified in your order, the risk and title in the purchased items are transferred to you. Please note that Actvu will not accept responsibility for any lost or missing orders after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. The associated risk of leaving goods unattended under these circumstances is your responsibility.
DELIVERY TIMES
At Actvu, we rely on third party delivery services, such as Australia Post, for our shipments. As a result, the delivery times following dispatch are dependent on these third party services, which are beyond our control. Please note that all estimated delivery timeframes are only approximate, and we cannot be held responsible for any loss, additional expenses, or other damages incurred as a result of any delays in delivery.
ORDER COMMUNICATION
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming your order. When your order is dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking number. Please note that once an order is placed, you cannot make any amendments or cancellations. Additionally, the payment method used for the order cannot be changed.

We offer international shipping to select countries ($38 AUD). Estimated Shipping Time 5-14 business days.
Some countries may not be available for shipping. If your country is not listed in the "Estimate Shipping and Tax" drop-down menu, we do not ship to that location.
Import duties, taxes, and other customs charges are NOT included in the purchase price. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
