RETURN POLICY
Simply lodge your return within 30 days (FREE on full-price styles for Australian customers - yay!) contact us on info@actvu.com.au
- Return products within the specified return period, you must meet the following conditions:
- Must be in original condition and not altered in any way
- Must be unworn, unwashed.
- Must be free of perfume, body odor, deodorant, or washing powder.
- Must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter and pet hair
FULL PRICE: Exchange, store credit and refunds available.
We offer size exchanges via our returns portal, pending availability on when the return is received in our warehouse. If you would like to exchange the style rather than the size, we will issue you a Store Credit so you can choose your exchange item yourself once we receive your return.
PROMOTIONAL: Store credit only.
SALE: Store credit only.
FINAL SALE: No returns, exchanges or store credits unless the garment has a manufacturing fault. If a product is Final Sale, it will say so on the product page.
FAULTY GARMENT: If you believe you have received a faulty garment, please contact info@actvu.com.au and return it to our warehouse. Our team will assess the item to determine if the fault is due to manufacturing issues. Please note that a faulty garment does not include normal wear and tear.
